Ethiopia Haro Wachu

The Guji region of Ethiopia continues to produce truly exceptional coffees. This natural processed coffee possesses the hallmark intense berry notes associated with this terrior. This particular lot is sourced from a small group of 700 farmers in Haro Wachu and processed at the pivately owned Haileslassie Ambaye mill. Ambaye’s mill; known for quality processing, sorting and overall QC has produced a delicously fruity and velvety cup of coffee. The first sip starts with an intense dried strawberry fruitiness, accompanied by a viscous creamy mouthfeel and followed by a lingering delicate powdered cocoa finish. It’s like fruity pebbles for adults.
